Aiming at the problem of detection and tracking of weak target under the complex environment, a dynamic programming method based on plot-track quality evaluation is proposed. The method combines the true echo characteristics of the target and the motion law of the target based on the traditional detection and tracking structure. In a single cycle, the concept of plot quality is put forward according to the target echo characteristics; during the cycle, according to the motion law of target, the possible target state is estimated. According to the Euclidean distance and azimuth equation between state estimation and measurement, a confidence factor is used to improve the indicator function combined with the plot quality. Simulation results show that the method can effectively eliminate the fake trajectory, reduce the calculation, enhance the probability of detecting radar weak target; and its structure is simple, easy to achieve in project.

Modern Defense Technology    2018, 46 (1): 141-147.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1009-086x.2018.01.023

Considering comprehensively the five parameters affecting threat degree, the criteria and methods for assessing the threat degree of radiation source are given. A comprehensive priority algorithm (highest threat, highest priority and earliest deadline first, HTHPEDF) is proposed in the design of the task priority of the passive radar with the radiation source threat parameters which can be dynamically adjusted according to the degree of the threat of radiator. On this basis, the task adaptive scheduling implementation, the performance evaluation and the scheduling cost function are designed. The simulation results show that the algorithm obtains higher task scheduling performance with lower cost and has certain advantages for enhancing task scheduling ability.
